Our Heaton Mersey team are very proud to have helped to validate a brand new framework for Investors in people and achieved Gold.
Organisations that meet the world-recognised Investors in People Standard reflect the very best in people management excellence. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People Framework. Based on 25 years of leading practice, the latest research and workplace trends, the Investors in People Framework is organised around nine key indicators of high performance each with three underpinning themes.
Heaton Mersey Orthodontic Centre is constantly seeking to improve. The practice has been using the Investors in People framework to benchmark and continuously improve its practice
since 2005
Consistent with the practice’s ambition to offer the best treatments and highest standards of care, people described how when decisions are made these are made in the best interests of the patient, and that it is not necessarily the easiest or most convenient decision that is made.
The practice seeks to provide a world class practice environment and customer service, with a mission to change people’s lives by giving them the best smiles they can have, boosting self-confidence and self-esteem, and to provide the highest standards of treatment and care for patients by continually improving knowledge and skills.
In order to achieve its organisational ambition Heaton Mersey Orthodontic Centre is building on its long term commitment to staff development and customer care and service excellence to develop and change its business model by increasing the knowledge and expertise of all its people so that staff can take a greater degree of responsibility as part of their roles and have more involvement in the business.
